Weather in Norilsk - Russia - Siberia

Good morning, my name is Sergej and I am from Norilsk - Siberia - Russia.
I have got 4 weather station RAINWISE MKIII and the web site is www.norilsk-pogoda.com

Now in Norilsk there are - 13.5 degrees with light snow.

Now there is moderate snow but wind around 70 kilometers per hour. The result is that local airport is closed to the civil transport and the streets from and to Dudinka are temporarly closed.

Temperature is not bad. Now my RAINWISE says -9.3 degrees.

Hi ! Some folks here in Italy believe that snow falls ONLY with a temperature between -1° and +1° c..

A lot of us (me too) would like to move to Russia (especially Syberia ) to live the real winter! I often give a look to Ojmjakon's weather site where the extreme winter has got the home ...

HEIIIII Sergej where have you been until now? I agree with Edo, I'm really pleased to meet you and you must know that Siberia has always been my favourite country.
I just LOVE your extreme climate and your nature, your culture, your snowstorms (particularly Norilsk's ones :D) everything is Siberian in general. I've already found you somewhere on web and I'm happy you're here now! :D I can't express my love towards Siberia very well!

just a thing: I would love to see something about -50° or -40° with intense wind there but we are in March and it's quite rare now I suppose.

Of course it is not true otherwise we should have snow in Norilsk only in September and June..........

When the coldest wind is blowing from North-West we can have snow falls also with -35 degrees even if it is more common to have falls around -20 in winter.

Why you say that it can snow just around Zero ? Spossiba

Previet, I know a lot of you look at Ojmjakon weather. This is the russian weather link by gismeteo.ru

but please consider that often the difference has not created by the temperature but by the wind. Norilsk is a windy city.

We can have in winter -40 degrees but with a wind chill that can arrive to -61 degrees.

Now the current weather is moderate snow with no terrible temperature that is around -9.3 degrees but the wind is blowing about 66 kilometers per hour. The local airport is closed to the civil transport since 2 days ago and the street from and to Dudinka are closed for safety reasons of course.
