Kiskunhalas,Podgorica and Puntijarka-Sljeme really broked their old records!
About Mostar,41.4 °C is official record for 1961-1990,and i checked 1953-1960
and last years,only lack few years in nineties.I believe it's right record!
In last days Mostar broke old recod 3 times:

18 07 42.1 new record
19 07 42.5 new record
20 07 41.2
21 07 41.4 equal old record
22 07 41.5 surpassed old record

43.0 °C is official value (02 07 1950) - old station

46.2 is for discussion!

Impressive. And it seems it's not completely correct either; eg northwestern Italy has surely been more than 1-3°C above average in that period.

Mostar from tutiempo is Mostar aerodrome 13348 . It's not the same station as Mostar 14648 (4km from the center of city)!

No way !

This 31°C is fake number.There is lack of hourly data in the night hours so the average is much bigger !
In many countries average temp. is calculated by:

tavg = (t7 + t14 + t21*2) / 4 ; t=local time

and result is a bit smaller then

tavg = (Tmax + Tmin )/ 2

- like in Italy !
