New record for Odessa with 39.3C ,previous was 38.0C ,beaten two strike days.New national record in Moldova at Camenca 41.5C beaten the previous two days earlier of 41.0C at Tiraspol and Ialoveni, previous was 41C (no decimal) of Cahul in 1951.New record for Chisinau 39.4C too.New record for Budapest , 1.1C higher than previous record.Today we need to wait for Serbia and Macedonia definitve maxima which are almost surely new records, and also for capitals Belgrade and Skopje.(Skopje record is 43.2C).In Italy today new records at Pescara airport 43.8C, Bari 45.6C, Brindisi 44.4C, Gioia del Colle, Capo Palinuro, Ustica island, Grottaglie, Prizzi and Catanzaro.Overnight minimun as high as 33C were recorded.That s amazing, absolutely amazing.

Yep, metars mark 43°C as monthly maximum for Veliko Tarnovo, so I dunno...

That s it.Confirmed already from meteo Bulgaria: no national record there.,But there was 45.0C in the province of Plovdiv, so very close.

new record in Slovakia too !40.3C at Hurbanovo, the first over 40C.New records for Vienna Airport and Vienna Old City. 20 records in Austria including a 39.5C ,second highest temperature in Austria after the 39.7C of July 1983.
