The past week end we had some really high t max especially in the interior plain of the Bekaa. The heat continues, but not like before.
Here is the table Mundomanz for extreme temperatures
Beirut airport (central coast)
Haouch el Oumara (interior plain of the Bekaa between the two chains, at 920 m) 40.1 t max Saturday!
Tripoli (north coast)

I must remember that Beirut is on the central coast, Tripoli on the north coast, and Haouch el Oumara in the interior plain of the Bekaa (between the two chains parallel to the Mediterranean Sea.) at 920 meters!
It's hot but it's still good compared to the interior of the Middle East .........
the relative humidity is high on the coast and that makes the summer unpleasant
In the interior it's low (but the t max are higher)
