If you can choose to live in any climate in the world, what do you decide? Do you remain in the same climate of Norilsk or you change.......Do you dream the mediterranean climate, or tropical ecc.......?......

Well..........probably Norilsk has not the best climate to stay. Here it's ok the people and the way to help to eachother.

Regarding the climate every year I go in Sochi for 2 weeks. Norilchians has several flight facilities as 70% of discount on the ticket to move in Russia.

I have the impression that also your City is ok to stay even if probably to much hot in summer but ok for the rest of the year expecially in your winter.

Here now we have moderate snow with -9.9 degrees and wind around 30 kilometers per hour. City in normally open and the airport too.

Sochi yeah.....the unique zone with winter average above zero in Russia..

Beirut in summer is not good for a lebanese, you can immagine for you....but we have sea and mountains near us...
Our January is like your July with temprature...yeah, you can stay...

It's thrue that you have this year a "mild" winter???(for you not for us surely..)

Apologise but the webcam is located in front of the Kajerkan Municipality.

This winter (not finished yet) was warm as average temperature.

Think that Oct 1st we had +11.6 degrees.......... where normally we should have permanent snow..........

Anyway the winter was not cold but with a lot of snow.

The lowest temperature was -48,9 degrees on Feb 14th and the highest -5.8 degrees in January (I don't remember the exact day)

perhaps the major umidity with "the mildest temperatures" has generated more snowfall....for that you can have temperatures nearest at zero and more snow....
