This is the year without summer here. The whole summer is on the West in Moscow for instance with a max of + 35 degrees.

In Noril'sk can happen to have difference of 20 or 30 degrees in one day. In winter we can move from a clear day with - 45 to a snowy day with - 15 degrees. We don't have high mountains here and the connection with the arctic or the south is direct
