one high pressure block extends his area from north Canada to Mexico gulf and in his left side a storm begin to deep.
Phase 2:
the storm push the high pressure to move right.

Well, it's a typical two-wave pattern with tropical forcing in west Europe and west Pacific which move toward a three-wave pattern (but I don't know, the polar vortex in March will be very very strong) ... seems a SPOS situation ?? Standard Porc Old-Style ... the porc is'nt the Porc-Year but the nickname of Azzorrian Ridge NW-Italy Fohn

I think is a nice storm becouse near the great lakes the snow can fall very heavy and for another states precipitation not miss.
Infact another state will have a very good precipitations!
For Wisconsin, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa aggravation of weather started this night for the warm front; the wind turn from Nord to Est and in the next hours will pass in south direction.
