Εasy way to lubricant oil the anemometer

I thing a easy way to put lubricant oil to anemometer La-crosse 2300 ,if we have the anemometer high ,for do not put the anemometer down,i think to put sprei lubricant oil high !!!!
Because i have the anemometer 8 meters high from my roof !!!,and every year it was difficult to put it down for lubricant oil .
I have a shaft 8 meters is three places and all is 8 meters ,i tie up the lubricant oil ,and with a another plastic rope 8 meters i touch from the top the sprei and go down from the other side and with one hand i keep the shaft and other i pull the plastic rope and the oil go to the proppele.

Sorry for my bad English ,i hope to understand me how i can do this.
