Sergej I'm doubtful about a couple of matters..

1) Here (but also in many other regions of our country) we can have snow also with temperatures around +3°C/+5°C or more (rarely)...
2) On the other hand, rain can fall (in liquid state I mean) even with temperatures below +0°C (-2°C/-4°C or more)...

This is substantially due to convection (1) and orography (2)...

During your nowcasting, I've always read from you about snow only when temperatures fall below +1°C and no rain at all when temperatures fall below +0°C... Is this correct?

You are partially right J
Compare with your nice Country here the difference can be created by the wind. I mean: It is possibile to have snow with also +1 or 0.6 as happened recently but it is difficult to have rain with -0.5°. It can happen but it is rarely because during the falls often there is wind !! For instance: -0.5 degrees, humidy 99% BUT 30 or 40 kil per hour it can be only snow ! Here the air column is the more colder the more is higher without differences and it never happen to have higher temperature on 1000 meters instead on the plain.
