normally we will reach for positive temperatures around mid of May perhaps few days before. I have to look for an appropriate video about Norilsk in spring when the snow and the ice melt. A video with a lot a lot of water along the streets. I will post here later.

For Easter I have forecast a visit with parents.

When do you will have temperatures above zero? it's incredible! April became now and you have -23 C ?!
