G. Merapi (Java) - As of 13th of May, VSI reported that the alert status raised to the highest level on Saturday morning. Every resident has been ordered to evacuate. Lava flow and thick smoke were clearly visible in the morning from villages at the foot of the volcano. However, despite new increasing of the seismic activity and the lava which had flowed about 1.6 km of the crater, scientists cannot say when the volcano will erupt.
