Potete postare il link al testo completo delle norme OMM? Esisterà da qualche parte?

Che io sappia, non esiste alcun link con il testo completo delle norme. La pubblicazione (volume N.8) si può acquistare richiedendola direttamente al WMO (personalmente ho fatto così).
Esistono, invece, molti link che riportano dei stralci (considera anche che si tratta di un testo "corsposo") i quali, a volte, sono delle cattive traduzioni e/o interpretazioni.
