Sono andato sul sito Hetz.bg ho prenotato come sotto la mia auto, ho avuto la conferma della prenotazione ma non ho mai inserito carta di credito, ne bonifico, ne nessun tipo di cauzione. Ho letto che in Italia è molto più complicato noleggiare un auto.

Non è che mi trovo sorprese poi alla consegna?
