Yes guys...heavy snow yesterday night and morning...but the real surprise to me is tonight...!It was supposed to be all more towards east...instead it is just over us...!!

About 1 inch on ground , and more snow to come...!!

I just can't believe this week... we had snow every single day since Monday...

On the 2nd of February I was leaving from Dublin to Milan and my flight got cancelled because of ONE centimeter of snow, as well as any other flight given the airport was closed. I managed to leave the day after, though after 4 more hours of delay due to a half centimeter more (all they got is a SINGLE de-icer for the whole airport). I've been told it was the heaviest snowfall since 25 years (oh well...), but I couldn't help but think Dublin airport is run by a bunch of morons.

Attached you can find an image of the airport on the 3rd of February, during temporary disruption of all flights.

ps: is that kind of snowfall that someone from Milan call "silent snow?). So silent that could put on knees Dublins' airport
