Very simply, because "no night" and "polar day" are quite different events. "No night" means there is always a little bit of light even at midnight, but the sun is UNDER the horizon (at midnight). "Polar day" is the period of the year when the sun always remains visible well above the horizon for the whole night and there is no sunset.
For example, on June 22nd you will experience polar day at Tromsø and "no night" in some cities such as Helsinki or Saint Petersburg

Daylight for 24 hours and polar day are different such as Polar night and daylight for few hours.

For instance on December 22nd it is full polar night but Noril'sk has visible light since 11 to 13,30.

Now I report clear sky and temperature is -4.5 degrees. Wind around 24 kil hour.

Temp is -0.7 and sunny. This morning the lowest with -6.6 degrees.
Wind is around 40 kil hour.

Tomorrow I expect few rain and then clouds with decrease of the temperatures.
