Previet. I have difference ranges for Noril'sk. They are probably temperatures from Dudinka that is a bit warmer.

Now I report 35,4 degrees and wind around 18 kil per hour. Fair.

It depends on the year. They are normally over Zero but with possible snow sometimes.

Of course. -35 degrees and now -31 because of clouds.

Apologise. Here we don't use the minus during cold season.

I have these climatic informations for Norilsk, but it's not an accurate site....For Dudinka I have more precise informations but they are old.....and only the average of temperature (and not t avg min and t avg max)....

I dont' know that site but I have got different weather temperatures from my stations since 2005 and before using local stations of NN.

Tommorow I will fly on helicopter from 150 km from Norilsk to little village Sneschnogorsk (Snow-city, in English).

I will mount there weather station - my old Rainwise MKIII, and on 3 month I will change them to other, Russian professional station MK15 with acoustic anemometer.

There I expect temperature range -35 -33 Wind around 15 kil per hour. Wind chill -44 -41.

In Noril'sk I report -31.3 and fair.
