Here with 8,0 C and snow at 700-900 m, it's cool for March.............but -27 C !! eh eh!..........

Yesterday I had the highest for 2011: - 2.7 degrees with snow.

Now I report -5.7 degrees with moderate snow and wind around 56 kil per hour. The real surprise for 2011 is the wind that it is a lot of the average also for Noril'sk.

Do you think that's difficult to measure the snow in the city because, or it's removed, or it's accumulated in some parts of the city? or it remain in some parts, and you can have a good idea about the depth?.....

Major part of the snow had been removed but there are fields where we have the total of the winter depth. The measure is difficult anyway because the wind can change the accumulation for 1 meter. Now I guess around 4,5 meters; few cars are missing inside the snow fields..............and few sidewalks have 30 centimeters of ice.

January 2011: +2.3 degrees compare with the average
February 2011: +4.2 degrees compare with the average
March 2011: not finish yet but I think about +6 degrees compare with the average.

Wind:

Over the average. Wind blew for few days with intensity.

Snow:

About 4 meter. Less then last winter but around the average
