What was the highest temperature this summer? and when?

The highest of this year was + 26.9 recorded in the first days of July. July was a strange month. We registered the highest but the average temperature was about 5 degrees less compare with july 2009.

Now I report + 5.2 degrees and the sky is overcast. Light rain a couple of hours ago.

We started with the hourly weather bulletin of the Authority that can report any problem in this days of course.

Now I report + 4.4 degrees and overcast. Wind speed: 42 kilometers per hour with a wind chill of - 3.3 degrees.

Yesterday snow over 700 meters.

In our mountains, when we have snowfalls, they can resist many days with positives temperatures, surely it dipend of the quantity of snow....

In this year, yes, the summer here have had a hot temperatures for a long period....for that the averages are very high.....you can notice that on the 3d of Lebanon...
