Till now for September I have 3 degrees below the average in Noril'sk and 2.5 in Kajerkan. Dudinka station is not reliable.

Here it is not winter but simply autumn. Conventionally speaking till November it's autumn with temperatures normally above -25 degrees.

Personally speaking I like snow because it helps to cover the dirty street in the City. But please no wind as now !
