Yes unfortunately Norilsk has this problem of pollution. The city was created by the end of 20's and the problem seems on the way to be solved in these last year. Every year Authority build new plants and forest and the pollution created by the heavy industries is more under control.

Yesterday we had snow in the morning and low blowing wind since last afternoon wth gusts till around 56 kilometers per hour. Temperature remains above the average. Lowest yesterday was - 14.1 degrees. Highest one was -9.2 degress. Not so bad.

Now my station registers -9.2 degrees and wind around 56 kilometers per hour.
