We search snowfalls in average in the year (in cm)....thanks!
If you can do that monthly , it's better of course....but in average in cm.......

Here I have 11:25 PM then today I have had 26,3 t min!!!! and 31,7 t max. Very hot! white sky for the high relative humidity (but it's normal at Beirut)
the week end can be very hot here....

Simply speaking I can tell you normally in a winter Noril'sk receives snowfalls since september to june for about 4 / 5 meters. I will revert to you about the monthly snowfalls during the cold season.

Now + 5.6 degrees. What about your City yesterday ?

The statistics are more or less because we don't have snowfall of 42 centimeters....we have or 40 or 50 centimeters.

In Noril'sk he found

september: 5 centimeters
october: 90 centimeters
november: 80 centimeters
december: 80 centimeters
january: 50 centimeters
february: 40 centimeters
march: 30 centimeters
april: 50 centimeters
may: 30 centimeters
june: snow trace or 5 centimeters
july and august: snow trace if it happens

Nice week. Early morning with + 14.9 degrees. Wind is 8 kil per hour and humidity is around 80.

Finally I can have a suitable morning for going to the office

There is always a low pressure zone on kea sea near ostov dikson that doesn't allow us to have clear days. Since june we are having clouds and clouds due to this low pressure. Temperatures are under the influence of the Arctic. Till now we didn't see a real summer. In 2009 I remember to have had very nice days and summer temperatures even if with wind around 40 kil per hour sometimes. I hope to have summer in August before the cold season.
