Comunque vento a 60 km/h a est e a sud dell'Islanda, i loro ghiacciai avranno molta neve fresca...

Io ho letto di raffiche di vento ben oltre i 200 km/h.

Questo tipo di clima a me non piace per niente.
Tutto fumo e niente arrosto come spesso accade con questi minimi assai profondi..
Neanche i monti sembrano così carichi.

Bhe sicuramente perché c'è stato un richiamo caldo e quindi ha piovuto per qualche ora e poi molta umidità, ma stai parlando dell'Islanda dove oltre i 1300m ci sono ghiacciai perenni e super-voluminosi(400m il più profondo)

Pare siano stati superati addirittura i 250 km/h.

ma allora possiamo classificarlo tranquillamente come uragano? cioè cosa deve avere di specifico per essere chiamato uragano?
pressione bassissima(sotto i 930hPa) raffiche addirittura sopra i 200km/h e vorticità....
