Oh! thank you!

Yesterday I have had less than 11 C in t max. after a 3,3 -3,8 C t min in the periphery of Beirut.
Today, after a cold night 4,8 C, we have had un mild journey with t max about 16-17 C...but without the blue sky and sun..It's the change of metorological situation in our zone, very mild fase...now I have 10 C.

At Cave how it is a weather situation? the climate? and the snow in the mountains near you?

Cave is a country to 50 km from Rome. The height is 400 meters. Raininess is of 1250 mm the year (Rome 750mm).
Today is covered and it is waited for the cold that will arrive here from the North Europe with possible snowfalls. I hope! Have you see my web site? Doyou like?

Yes, I have seen Cave in many italian atlas a few days ago.....

I see now your site, very beautiful!....with photo of snow, and the climatological data...

If you want to write in italian language, you know that I have a 3D on Lebanon in Italian.....Meteorology section....(I can write better in italian and frensh than in english...)

ok, allora scriverò in italiano! Ricevo via satellite da moltissimi anni, in pratica dal 1973...sono un pò grande....e sono radioamatore. Il ricevere dati via sat e via radio (mappe meteo via Offenbach), mi ha sempre appassionato. Ora ho anche un sismografo (non so se hai visto il sismogramma)...e ogni tanto registra un pò di movimenti, per fortuna solo strumentali! La scossa del 6 aprile (L'Aquila)l'abbiamo sentita molto bene! ciao a presto, rob

Ciao! A questo punto, possiamo parlare in un 3D nella meteorologia generale e in italiano? lì scrivo anche sul Libano...

Molto belle le foto del Levante dal satellite, fanno vedere solo il Libano in parte bianco!! (a proposito la parola Libano vuol dire il piccolo bianco in armaico)

No, non ho mai visto un sismografo...ma anche qui abbiamo il problema "potenziale" dei terremoti, ma forse gia' lo sai...
Beirut è stata distrutta verso la metà nel sesto secolo dopo Cristo......recentemente nel 1956......e nel 1983 una cosa leggera......ultimamente il Sud trema ogni tanto....

Beirut today with 25 C t max! others stations with 27! a record for this month?!
it was like a wind "Khamsin" that arrive in Lebanon from lybian and egyptian Sahara desert in spring, very hot and very dry wind.
now I have about 19 C
it must change and some rain can occurs tomorrow, and snow will return the 3 february night..
today it was at 1500 mt on the ground. I hope that remains and resist..

the snow was at 1700-1800 m a few days ago, but today we have a new perturbation, with heavy rain and wind, temp about 9-10 C, and the snow must arrive at 1000 m and 700 m Friday...I must control......the mountains aren't visible today..

In fact Beirut periphery have had hail with 2,1 - 4,1 C!! yesterday very early in the morning...
snowfall at 500-600 m yesterday, with snow at 700 m on the ground.....Very could and cloudy day yesterday....today is less cloudy, but the cold continue.

The cold continue after 5 february with 3 and 5 C the t min near Beirut, but yesterday we have had a sunny day, snow at 1000 m,
Now, we attend a perturbation for this evening but without cold, snowfall only on the level of ski resorts (1600-3000 m)...I hope that snow can resist in these days at low level.....
