I'm writing from Dudinka. New station has been mounted indoor. For the complete installation we have to wait for good conditions. Next week. During the week I cannot go to Dudinka.

Alykel is closed. Street from and to Noril'sk is open. I have to get back immediately home.

hello from dudinka. i was not authorized to get back home yesterday so today i remain here. there is weak snow and -2.9 degrees.

a blizzard is reported in noril'sk with wind around 50 kil per hour.

this afternoon i hope to be able to get back home.

the river is named Yenisej and Dudinka is very closed on it at the sea. Good !

Here in Dudinka few snow with stronge wind. Blizzard is reported in Noril'sk.

I would like to get back home for this later evening but I don't have a lot of chances.

Yesterday during a windstorm we mounted the weather station at the port and it is in test mode. Mid November I will get back here for the officially installation on the web.
