sorry but after having had a look at the weather forecast on the local radio it is forecasted aktirovki here in 6 hour before in Dudinka northen than here.

This is weather condition in Dikson isle on Kea sea.

Aktirovki has been declared 2nd class on 5.

We will see. It should start after or around midnight.

-13.7 degrees. Wind is around 14 kil per hour. In Dikson is actually around 54 kil per hour.
