Below I want to show you an example of severe weather alarm for Taymir just to give you an idea.

Office of Civil Defense and Emergency declared a storm warning on the wind and snow from 19 o'clock on the night. Gust of wind in the southern Kayerkan can reach till 22 meters per second. For students from first to eleventh grades of all schools of Greater Norilsk announced aktirovku (it means all City closed to the activities; added by myself). The same for employees of color, mechanical plant, plant materials and structures, enterprise Tisma.
Norilsk Road - Kayerkan - Alykel - Dudinka will be closed to all modes of transport. Employees "Hope" had been delivered from Norilsk convoy of buses from Kayerkan - Column-terrain vehicles. Back to Norilsk and Kayerkan columns left at 17.30, after the movement of buses in Kayerkan phased up to 22 hours.
