I have asked to Petr how russian Authority counts the snowny or rainy days here; he told me not in a clear way that if the fall is for more then 1 hour we have to count it.

Here now I report - 7.8 degrees and wind around 32 kil per hour

Here blue sky t min +17.2 !! now 22.2 and we continue like that!......
