Yesterday (or two days ago) at Noril'sk was raining with about 4°C. Spring could come in the next month

It is the same day for me and for you this year.

I report +3.0 degrees and overcast. Wind around 30 kil hour.

3 days ago I reported the highest of 2011 +12.3 degrees with rain. Never happened in Noril'sk in April where I expect from -13 to -2.

Windstorm started 3 days ago was terminated just this night. Wind over 80 kil hour with gust at 106 kil hour.

Now the City is black, snow remains on few sidewalkers and a lot of outside Noril'sk where it is never removed by the Authority. For the new days I expect range temperature of -8 +1 with possible snow.
Now sunset at around 10,30. Polar day arrives in 30 days.

Norilchian spring starts in early April, this year it started around the mid of March with temperatures around -8 -10.

For replying you tell me which temperatures you report in your spring. +20 ?

I said early june because I thought you considered "spring" the period of the year when temperatures continously exceeded 0°C and I know in Noril'sk the month of May is still quite cold and sometimes snowy.
Here in Rome during springtime we usually have about 7°-12°C at night, and during the day temperatures can range from 16° up to 25°C in the hottest days. Anyway you are right, 20° as daily high is definitely a "spring" temperature for us

Sorry for my question and thank you for your reply.

If you ask to a Norilchian when it is spring he says when highest temperatures are over -10 -8.

Considering your +20 I have to wait in July.

For example yesterday I reported +6,9 degrees and for us it is like mid of June.

Anyway for the next days temperatures should move again below zero with possible snow and then clear sky. It is a tipical norilchian situation.

Very good the weather report in Rome that I know is one of the most beautiful city in the World.
