Definitely not in Edinburgh. Those are close to being the absolute lowest temperatures ever registered in the Highlands (which sport an all-time record around -25°C).

come to a point that the people died in the them house and in the cars and in the bus......but probably has been an exception......

however i live 650 metres above sea level and temperates are about the same then pianura padana...
