Nuovo sollecito per problema WS3650

I have to remark the absolutely negative LaCrosse support.

Me and many other customers urged many and many times LaCrosse and LaCrosse service centers upon the resolution regarding rain measure problems on WS3650 (in attachement two mails on this topic).

We requested only a banal upgrading for WS3650 to the software Heavy Weather, only licensed for WS3600.

It is possible to launch on the market (2 years ago) a product like WS3650 (300¤) without dedicated software?

I suggest you to visit some Weather Forum (e.g. MeteoNetwork forum http://forum.meteonetwork.it/forumdisplay.php?f=52). You will find many and many LaCrosse customers absolutely angry that makes negative advertising on your products.

I wait for an answer.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail and your interest in
our products.

Some versions of WS 3650 weather station's program actually generate
different rain data on
the program due to the computer encoding.
A new version of the program will be soon available by download.
In the meantime, you can suggest your customers to save their historic
on spreadsheets and proceed to a manual correction of the records.
