one can't buy me even with this that its a single cell... or to avoid confusion, I mean uni-cell as a single cell, so no cluster: http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/3285/scfulmini.png
I think its obvious its an organized storm. Just look at those photos, looks a bit more than a normal single cell, isn't it?![]()

Marco excuse but the horizontal rotation is not very unusual in this case?
direction of rotation that could justify a mesociclone reversed in case of realignment? I agree with you that this storm is very organized indeed ... if there were only convergence would not have spoken of supercell
Ciao!

the problem is that people often call a lot worse cells/storms supercellular and they obviously are not. But in this case, its just too well organized for me to call it just a classic storm or whatever, with regeneration or backbuilding nature.
What others think about it, Andrea, Edo, etc.? I am really not confident enough to say it was not a supercellBut its a great storm and I'll check for more data at home on PC.

well to be honest I'm really confused about it:
1)first of all,we can see from the sat loop that its motion is different (E-SE) from the level guide...
2)but looking at the radar images:what it might be possible for me is that this cell in its early life tried to develop into a supercell,it was well organized (as Marko said) but the conditions were too bad to let it survive as a sup,the result is that the core has splitted when it was completely mature and that made us thinking of a cluster.
This is my personal opinion, looking forward to hear yours because this case is too interesting!![]()

Ciao Tub.
