Yesterday we have had a wind of Khamsin, 32 C t max at Beirut aeroport.......famous spring's wind from Egypt and Libya, then from SSW......very hot and very dry.....

Today rain, and very cloudy sky......20.5 C now......

Khamsin in arabic is fifty.....because in fifty days this wind can blows from in Egypt and Lybia, very hot and very dry wind.....
It can arrive in Spring to the coast of Levant.....Lebanon too........and we have a record of annual temperatures........and record with Relative Umidity very low.....

Today we have had rain..and very cloudy sky....but it's a little hot 21.5 C for mid april at this hour (11.00 AM)

I put here a photo from my friend and parent Johnny........The snow melt in mountains.......

it's taken yesterday near the village of Hrajel.........the snow is on 2000 m only.......because this year it was without a really winter.....

Without a winter, it means that during a normal winter you can move below Zero ? Spossiba.

Normally at Beirut no, we can have +5 C, zero degrees is like a record in the city.....

But in the mountains yes......

in the interior we can have -23 C....a record.......

I notice the white stones that for Taymjr oblast are not common. We have red stones because there is the iron inside.

Ciao and have a nice translation.
