Yesterday night during the short snowstorm temperature was around -2 -3 but it depends on the season.

Norrmally when clouds arrive temperature can increase also for 20 degrees in few hours or one day

It is possible to pass from 40 to 15 before the snowfall if the wind arrives from south east

Yesterday I searched all russian cities (and ex-URSS too) with their precise climate on the russian climatic site, and I sign their on the atlas....
But I still have some cities that I don't know where are they...perhaps because many names are differents between before and after '90....or these cities are small....

From about 95 cities I must find now only 10....

Several cities changed their name after 90's and.......before 1917 but it it strange that you have found only 10 on 95.

For instance in Noril'sk there are still several symbols of the past soviet period. It is not enough to change only the name............

In your Country there are examples of Cities that changed the name ?
