well I know I seem really mad but I love cold and snow (the latter more than the former!), I don't know why but I feel that, when it snows or is it fresh and windy, I feel calm..how can I say it? Totally at ease.

Now you know that Rome is definitely not a snowy city, and I miss winter lots of times...and Rome's weather can be nice to you, but not to me! How could you define "nice" a summer where 35°C with often great humidity are quite normal? On the other side, winter is anonymous and rainy, so dull! :D

35° with great humidity are not normal here in Rome. Average maximum temperatures
in summer are mainly between 29° and 33° with low humidity (20-30% during the
late morning and the afternoon). The afternoon can be windy (sea breeze),
we call it "ponentino".
35° (and more) occurs only when we have some nasty heath waves coming
from the sounth (they can last 5-10 days... ). Sometimes, during the afternoon
some parts of the city can be visited by sudden thunderstorms with short but severe
rain showers (expecially before june 15 th and aftern august 15th) .
The WORST things during summer are the NIGHTS.... minimum temperature
can be quite high (19°-25°...) and so can be humidity (even 95% )...
inside our houses it becomes a TORTURE ( some things like 30° with 75%
humidity are not uncommon... sleeping may be IMPOSSIBILE)

In summer in Norilsk city it is possible to have also +30 degrees during the afternoon and +14 during the nights during the polar day.

Normally in summer we have +7 as lowest and +20 as highest.

Now guys I have to take my yellow bus to reach my office.

Moderate snow since yesterday morning and -10.1 degrees with wind around 66 kil per hour.
