The first snow normally is around 20th / 25th of September.

This season the snow started falling after Oct 6th. In that date Norilsk had the last positive temperature with +0.6 degrees.

I wrote too early. Snowstorm started in a few minutes. -4.5 degrees and wind around 60 kil per hour.

As yesterday as soon as the dark arrives the snowfalls start.

Yes we are in spring. This kind of weather in February probably could caused the closure of the City for few days.
