No because the air from East is still cold and the sun is above the horizont but only for 28 degrees at midday.

then 90-34 = 56 degrees at midday at 21 March and 23 September
56 -23.5 = 32.5 degrees at 21 December
and 56+23.5 = 79.5 degrees at 21 June.

90 -69.33 = 20.67 then near 21 degrees at 21 March and 23 September
20.67+23.5 = 44.17 at 21 June
20.67-23,5 =-2,83 polar night..the 21 December....and it's remain....

This week end I wil go outside near the Mountains for a lunch in one restaurate made by wood and ski in the forest.

The weather should remain clear or partially cloudy.
