Normally low pressure arrive from South-East. Coldest ari from North (Kea sea) The impact is just over Tajmyr Oblast.........

Stau effect is present more for Kajerkan and Talnakh, second and third discrict of the big Noril'sk becuase they are closed to the Putorans.

Average snow depth in Noril'sk since September to May is around 4 4.5 meters. This winter had more snow and it wasn't cold. Never below - 50 degrees.

Now I report overcast with light snow sometimes. - 6.8 degrees.

Top of Putorans are 1703 meters above level sea. Yes we like skiing from october to november and from march to june. We have good skiing resorts on putorans and we don't need to improve the business because we are bit isolated from the rest of the russia. Thing that Taymjr has about 250.000 people, 240000 of them are located in Noril'sk and Dudinka. The remaining 10000 people are nomadic and they are a zone like the total of Italy, Germany and France...........

Now - 6.3 degrees. Light snow with white streets. Yesterday snow. Polar day started 2 days ago.
