No way for the summer in this 2010. I don't like too the + 37 degrees in Moscow and West Russia.

We talking about climates in the world but snowfalls too in many parts of the world, Japan Alaska etc...
And about Central Europe, and for now we have found here that Salzburg in Austria have the maximum with 112 cm of snow in average in the year, and Innsbruck between 95-110 cm (many stations)
In Japan "est" found many places and citys with over 5 m, 10 m, 15 m, 20 m!!!! Sapporo don't have the maximum here!!
Alaska less than Japan!!
France Massif Central and Jura eh eh!

Simply speaking I can tell you normally in a winter Noril'sk receives snowfalls since september to june for about 4 / 5 meters. I will revert to you about the monthly snowfalls during the cold season.

If you can do that monthly , it's better of course....but in average in cm.......

Here I have 11:25 PM then today I have had 26,3 t min!!!! and 31,7 t max. Very hot! white sky for the high relative humidity (but it's normal at Beirut)
the week end can be very hot here....

Andre' my friend Petr searched for having snowfalls statistics in Taymjr oblast.

The statistics are more or less because we don't have snowfall of 42 centimeters....we have or 40 or 50 centimeters.

In Noril'sk he found

september: 5 centimeters
october: 90 centimeters
november: 80 centimeters
december: 80 centimeters
january: 50 centimeters
february: 40 centimeters
march: 30 centimeters
april: 50 centimeters
may: 30 centimeters
june: snow trace or 5 centimeters
july and august: snow trace if it happens
