In Noril'sk highest +1.4 degrees. Since 10 minutes ago I report light snow with +0.4 degrees. Windy as often.

My webcam looks South-West and what you can see are Apennine Mountains. Hills closer to my city (5000 inhabitants ) are the... beginning of mountains: on the right there is Mount Evangelo (to me this name, in English, looks very funny!), 420 metres, while I don't remember the name of the hill on the left...
However, between the hill on the right -Monte Evangelo or delle Tre Croci in Italian- and the top of the tree, you can see mount Cusna, 2120 metres, the second highest mountain in northern Apennines. In winter clear days is a very good vision. I hope you understand my terrible English.

Today highest was +21.4°C. Autumn comes only early in the morning.

Overcast with big flakes sometimes and +0.6 degrees. Wind is normal at 12 kil per hour. Boring weather

In the next days an increase of the temperature is forecasted. I should fly till +5 degrees with moderate or heavy rain since tomorrow wednesday.

Ciao Andre' the hills in the cam are the Putorans. The top is 1.703 meters. They are covered by permanent snow till 500 meters but sincerly i don't know the accumulation on top of them. I can guess about 70 / 90 centimeters.
