the manual rain collector is for 15 usd dollars here but it is ok if you decide to maintain your actual instruments. the best solution is to buy a completed weather station.

now i report overcast with 5.0 degrees exactly

i report 5.2 degrees. Freezing period since Oct 2nd.

today low 5.6 (probably it will be lower this evening) and high 3.1 degrees.

Wind is blowing from North 22 kil per hour.

Overcast.

snowplots made their good job (not difficult for 10 centimeters of snow)

Noril'sk television issued an alert for severe weather conditions level 2 on 5. Snowfalls with wind around 50 kil per hour. I remember during severe conditions it is not allowed to drive without the permission but we have to use pubblic buses or big foot of the Autority.
