Of course it is not true otherwise we should have snow in Norilsk only in September and June..........

When the coldest wind is blowing from North-West we can have snow falls also with -35 degrees even if it is more common to have falls around -20 in winter.

Why you say that it can snow just around Zero ? Spossiba

I know that snow can fall even at -50° c ! But many people here believe
that this is not possible!
