Bonjour,

the heating system is always ready here but normally we don't use it since the end of June and all the July. When the weather is ok it is also off for the first days of August.

The activiy for removing the snow is always in progress in Norilsk for removing residual snow and stones from the streets. In winter the Municipality removes the snow also from the roofs. We pay yearly around 46,500 rubles for a medium family of 4 people located in the centre of Norilsk.

Now I report +1.8 degrees with light snow and overast. Always wind around 44 kilometers per hour.

Here at Beirut we have carpets, AC (more for summer), and stove....but it's not very necessary, for a few days only in winter...

But electrician carpets ? or only carpets ?

Here everybuilding has 2 or 3 doors not directly connected by themselves. For going inside a build you have to open the first door, turn on the right, walk, open the second door, turn of the left, walk and open the third door and you are in !!!

Classic carpets. From 22 november to 1 May at Beirut normally.....

AC if you need it in winter....but it's not necessary inwinter....

If not
Stove (working with gas) can be necessary for a few days only, when we have really cold.

Yes, the christian girls yes, with a long and hot summer at Beirut, they can have a decolleté (low neckline?) and the belly (or tummy?) visible

But for the islamic girls, no, it's more difficult, and sometimes it's like Iran!
