Bon jour Andre' regarding average monthly temperatures I say that Feburary is the coldest month here with - 32,6 degrees (my weather station in komsomolskaja street), july is the warmest with + 16,1 degrees, but not this year

Here too the variability it's more noticable in the winter....the summer is more stable....
