Well, I helped organizing Meteo Webcam | Previsioni Meteo Italia, Europa e Webcam and I'm sure about the huge amount of work needed to set up its automatic weather forecasts.
However, (if you correctly do not trust blindly to automatic systems) I also write down weather forecasts in the home page sometimes so... They're the best!!

In Noril'sk highest +1.4 degrees. Since 10 minutes ago I report light snow with +0.4 degrees. Windy as often.
