Noril'sk is called the cold City with warm people. For climate situation here the people are very friendly to eachother and during parties you don't have to close the door with the key but every Norilchian house is open for the other friend. We are not afraid about thieft and something else.

And there are people who live there...

During the year we have several parties to stay togheter. Polar day, polar night with fireworks, peace party and so on.

Even if someone says that Noril'sk is a closed city is not true at all

You have to ask for the permission to russian ambassadory and require the reason why you want to come here. It take a lot of time.

Here the main problem is the pollution created by the locat companies but the situation is improving day by day.
