Here third day of continous snow. Temperature is around - 15 degrees and wind around 18 kil per hour.

It takes 30 minutes for 7 kilometers by car due to the dirty and slippery streets.

here... on december 2009... for 10 cm of snow with -4° c.... up to 8 hours to make 40 km.......

Temperature is decreasing around - 24 degrees. Weak wind.

Well, the City cannot offer the best about landscape inside, but you can go just outside Noril'sk and find white and white color till the horizont. In this period we have white bears near the City that are hungry.

Fortunately the trafic car will be regular tomorrow such as bus services and airport.

Anyway I am not sure about it because hourly weather buletin says new snowfall since tomorrow morning with temperature till - 30 before increasing again.

Previet from Noril'sk.

Opposite to my guesses today it was sunny and with good visibility.

Now I report - 36.3 degrees and it's decreasing.

Since tomorrow local Authority has declared alert for the intensity of the fall, not for the wind.

Today great day to skiing on Putorans around 900 meters.

It was sunny and without wind.

Now i report moderate snow and weak wind.

Local Authority declared storm warning since 2 hours ago.

Heavy snow again and temperature around - 17 degrees.

Wind is around 40 50 kilometers per hour.

As usual in these cases the street from and to the Airport has been prudentially closed.
