hello, here in Norilsk few clouds, -26,6 degrees and wind around 14 kil hour.

It is not one of the warmest mornings in April........

Almost sunrise.

just before the sunrise we reach for the lowest temperature of the day (I hope) -27,1 degrees. Wind chill is for -37,6 degrees.

Yes in the next week we should receive a low pressure with snowfalls for 2 or 3 days. Then by the forth week of April the temperture could reach for Zero degrees. I hope

Now -18.8 degrees with sun.

My God! I have now 19,5 C cloudy.....

It's difficult to talk about meteorology for the end of April and May but yes, You can hope..

I have seen some historical data for Norilsk at tutiempo site....but it's not complete....(it's a spanish site but with english language too)
